As humans it is natural to resist change because change represents the unknown. Our ego does not like the unknown because it questions our ability to survive – therefore resisting change is our protection mechanism. However, resistant employees can sabotage the changes the organization wants to implement. Our training teaches employees to embrace the unknown.
